Christmas
Better late than never, right?

We had a fabulous Christmas together. We spent Christmas eve having a wonderful dinner with several of our friends. Then, we came home to open PJs, read the Christmas story, and get ready for Santa. The kids were sooo much fun on Christmas this year. I swore I wouldn't ever spoil my children, but I never realized how fun it would be to watch them open up gifts!

Brooklen got a big boy bike, with training wheels, a leapfrog, puzzles, and several movies and games. He's been enjoying cruising in our basement during these cold, winter months. Hurley got an adorable retro kitchen and tons of accessories. She and her brother have loved cooking up a storm with her new toys.

Once again, B made gifts for friends and family this year. He made his sister a bracelet (almost completely by himself) with beads in HIS favorite colors. He made Rob homemade peanut butter cups and he made snowman kits for his preschool friends.

We went simple with neighbor gifts and gave away a really yummy Cook's Country hot cocoa mix with homemade marshmallows.
